Pecorino Marchigiano Stagionato is a traditional cheese that captures the essence of sheep's milk from the Marche region, characterized by a hard white paste and a slightly spicy flavor. The fresh forms of pecorino, without any surface treatment, are carefully selected and aged for at least 60 days. During this period, the cheese develops a unique aromatic complexity and a robust consistency, perfect for those who love authentic and intense flavors. This pecorino is ideal to enjoy on its own or as an ingredient in numerous dishes.

  • Appearance: Cylindrical shape with natural untreated rind. White paste, compact and hard, with a light irregular hole.
  • Aroma: Intense and characteristic, with mature lactic notes and herbaceous nuances that reflect the maturation period.
  • Flavor: Slightly spicy, with a balance between flavor and sweetness that intensifies with time, offering a full and persistent flavor.
  • Texture: Hard and compact, with a crumbly structure that slowly melts on the palate, releasing all the aromatic notes of sheep's milk.
