Pecorino Stagionato in Foglie di Ulivo is a unique and refined cheese, produced with sheep's milk and subjected to a particular maturation in jars with fresh olive leaves. This traditional method gives the pecorino a delicate flavor, enriched with vegetal notes that evoke the scent of olive groves. The white and soft paste melts easily in the mouth, offering a sweet taste and a pleasantly persistent aftertaste. Excellent paired with honey or fruit compotes, it is also perfect with fresh or dried fruit for a complete sensory experience.
