Pecorino Toscano Stagionato DOP is a cheese with Protected Designation of Origin, produced exclusively with sheep's milk and appreciated for its intense and fragrant flavor, never spicy. The maturation gives it a compact consistency and a rich flavor, making it versatile in the kitchen. Ideal with grilled vegetables and mixed meats, it is also excellent grated on fresh pasta with meat sauce, adding a tasty and aromatic note.

  • Appearance: Cylindrical shape with dark natural rind. Straw-white paste, compact and uniform.
  • Aroma: Fragrant and intense, with notes of matured sheep's milk and light herbaceous nuances.

  • Consistency: Compact and slightly crumbly, ideal for both slicing and grating.
