Caciotta Reale Vaccina is a large-format cheese, produced exclusively with cow's milk and aged for approximately 20-30 days. This maturation gives it a light and delicate flavour, typical of large-sized cow's milk cheeses. Its compact but soft consistency makes it ideal for both cutting and slicing. Its versatility and genuine taste recall the authentic flavours of milk, making it perfect for everyday use in the kitchen or to be enjoyed in generous slices.
