With a minimum maturation of 45 days, this pecorino expresses all the freshness and delicacy of sheep's milk. Its golden crust bears the characteristic imprints of the basket, a detail that testifies to the link with the history and pastoral culture. With a balanced and slightly savoury taste, this cheese is perfect for everyday use and for those who love authentic and genuine flavours.

  • Appearance: Cylindrical shape with golden crust and the typical imprints of the basket. Straw-yellow paste, compact and uniform.
  • Aroma: Delicate, with lactic notes and herbaceous nuances that evoke grazing.
  • Taste: Sweet and slightly savoury, with a fresh and harmonious taste that enhances the delicacy of sheep's milk and a persistent and delicate finish.
