Delizia di Tartufo is a refined mixed cheese, produced with pasteurized cow and sheep milk and enriched with top quality summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt). With a maturation of about 20 days, it maintains a pleasant consistency when cut and a light flavor, which preserves the intense and rich aroma of the truffle. This cheese is ideal for those looking for a sophisticated taste experience, combining the softness of traditional cheese with the unmistakable flavor of truffle.

Milk: Mixed pasteurized cow and sheep milk, enriched with summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt).
