Antiche Armonie alla Salvia is an artisanal cheese made with a mixture of cow and sheep milk, according to tradition. After maturing for at least 40 days, it is further refined for 30 days in a terracotta jar with sage leaves, which give it an unmistakable aroma and taste. The aromatic notes of sage blend harmoniously with the sweetness of the milk, creating a cheese with a refined and distinctive flavor, ideal for lovers of refined flavors.

  • Appearance: Thin and slightly wrinkled rind, with visible traces of sage. Compact paste of a bright straw yellow color.
  • Aroma: Intense and aromatic, dominated by notes of sage that integrate perfectly with the fragrance of the sheep's milk.
