Caciotta Mista con Caglio Vegetale "La Morbida" is an artisanal cheese made from cow's and sheep's milk, prepared with vegetable rennet extracted from the wild thistle flower (Cynara cardunculus). This ancient production method meets the needs of vegetarians and flexitarians, offering a tasty and authentic alternative. With a maturation of 10 days, "La Morbida" has a delicate and creamy paste, perfect for those looking for a traditional cheese with a touch of modernity.

Milk: Mixed cow's and sheep's milk, with vegetable rennet extracted from the wild thistle flower.
