Fondente Quadrato di Pecora is a soft and creamy cheese, produced with pasteurized sheep's milk. Its particular square shape and smooth and elastic beige or light brown rind enclose a white or straw-colored paste, soft and slightly eyed. The melting consistency and delicate flavor, which intensifies with aging, make this cheese perfect for those who love creamy textures and balanced flavors, with a pleasant aromatic evolution over time.
