Its particularly soft and creamy consistency, together with its sweet and light flavour, make it perfect for those looking for a genuine and versatile product. Thanks to careful processing, the internal paste remains soft and crumbly, with a good amount of holes that give the cheese an inviting appearance. Ideal for being enjoyed on any occasion, both alone and as an accompanying ingredient.
