Formaggio Misto Dolce Rustico is a tribute to the ancient traditions of transhumance, produced with a mixture of cow's and sheep's milk. After a short maturation period, it develops a sweet and genuine flavour, evoking traditional dairy practices. The compact, light straw-coloured paste has small, evenly distributed holes. With a taste that balances sweetness and complexity, this cheese is perfect for those looking for an authentic and rustic flavour, in line with pastoral tradition.

  • Appearance: Cylindrical shape with a thin, smooth rind. Compact, light straw-coloured paste, with small, sparse, evenly distributed holes.
  • Aroma: Delicate and lactic, with subtle notes of hay that recall pastoral tradition.
  • Taste: Sweet and harmonious, with a soft flavour that recalls the genuine flavours of fresh milk, well-balanced between cow's and sheep's milk.
  • Texture: Compact, smooth and slightly elastic, with a structure that melts pleasantly in the mouth.
