Pecorino Canestrato Del Pastore Nero is a traditional and artisanal cheese, produced with pure sheep's milk and characterized by a short maturation of at least 45 days. This pecorino is born from the centuries-old pastoral tradition, with a recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation. Its black rind, imprinted with the typical basket imprints, gives the cheese a rustic and unmistakable appearance, evoking the link with the historical dairy culture. The straw-yellow paste and balanced taste make this cheese ideal for everyday use.
