Pecorino Senese is a semi-mature cheese, produced exclusively with sheep's milk from the province of Siena, an area renowned for the quality of its pastures and its ancient cheese-making tradition. This pecorino has a pearly white paste, compact and soft, enclosed in a rind treated with tomato concentrate that gives it an amber red color and an unmistakable aroma. Its flavor is intense and multifaceted, evoking the traditions of the Sienese land and making it easily recognizable and appreciated.
